Refund policy
Cancellation: We have a three-hour cancellation policy, which means you must request a cancelation within three hours after placing your order.
Return: We have no return policy, which means once you have received your order, you won't get refunded even if you send it back to us.
Exception: In extraordinary circumstances, please contact us within three days after you receive your items if you want to exchange them. The decision will be case-by-case, and we reserve the right to refuse your request. If an exchange is approved, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pay for both-direction shipping fees.
